Furthermore, Solitario Zinc maintains an investment in the Golden Crest undertaking, found in Lawrence County, western South Dakota. The company was incorporated in 1984 and is headquartered in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. It officially transitioned its name from Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp. to Solitario Zinc Corp. in July of 2017.
