Wintrust Financial Corporation functions as a parent financial entity, offering a diverse array of services primarily structured across three primary business segments: Community Banking, Specialty Finance, and Wealth Management. The Community Banking division handles a variety of deposit products, such as checking, savings, and domestic time deposits, and provides various lending options, including residential mortgages, home equity, consumer, and general real estate loans. Additional offerings encompass loan and deposit services for mortgage brokers, financing for restaurant franchisees, direct equipment leasing, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, and commercial real estate and construction financing. This segment primarily serves individuals, small to mid-sized businesses, local government entities, and institutional clients with both personal and commercial banking needs.
