The segment also provides risk program management services. Conversely, the Reinsurance & Monoline Excess segment specializes in assisting other insurance carriers and self-insured entities in mitigating their net risk exposures. This is achieved through both portfolio-based treaty reinsurance and individual facultative reinsurance arrangements. Established in 1967, W. R.
