Regarding communication solutions, WOW offers both local and long-distance telephone services. Its comprehensive business services encompass fiber-based connectivity, office-to-office metro Ethernet, Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) trunking, colocation infrastructure, cloud computing, and managed backup and recovery solutions. As of December 31, 2021, the company proudly served 532,900 customers across a multi-state footprint that includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Founded in 2001, WideOpenWest, Inc. is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. The organization adopted its current name in March 2017, having previously operated as WideOpenWest Kite, Inc.
