USA Truck, Inc. operates as a comprehensive full truckload carrier, specializing in freight transport across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The company's business activities are divided into two main segments: Trucking and USAT Logistics. The Trucking division provides essential motor carrier services, functioning as both a general and contractual carrier, primarily for medium-distance hauls, alongside broader freight services. Meanwhile, the USAT Logistics segment offers expertise in freight brokerage, integrated logistics management, and intermodal rail transport solutions. As of December 31, 2021, USA Truck maintained a substantial fleet, which included 2,157 tractors (641 of which were operated by independent contractors) and 6,548 trailers. Established in 1983, the firm's headquarters are situated in Van Buren, Arkansas. Effective September 15, 2022, USA Truck, Inc. became a subsidiary of Schenker, Inc.
