Furthermore, the bank extends a wide array of loan options, encompassing financing secured by liquid assets such as cash, marketable securities, and cash value life insurance, as well as residential property or other financial instruments. Its lending portfolio also features commercial and industrial (C&I) loans, commercial real estate (CRE) loans, personal loans, asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and letters of credit. Beyond deposits and lending, TriState Capital delivers essential liquidity and treasury management solutions, including online balance reporting, electronic bill payment, remote deposit capture, efficient wire and automated clearing house (ACH) services, foreign exchange capabilities, and controlled disbursement options, along with general cash management services. Through its Investment Management segment, the firm provides advisory and sub-advisory services for both equity and fixed-income strategies. These services cater to third-party mutual funds, series trust mutual funds, and separately managed accounts (SMAs). Its clientele predominantly comprises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and a diverse range of institutional clients, including corporations, ERISA plans, Taft-Hartley funds, municipalities, endowments, and foundations. Additionally, TriState Capital offers capital market services, such as interest rate swaps and other investment products, and actively engages in the wholesaling and marketing of these investment solutions. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the company was established in 2006. While its primary office is situated in Pittsburgh, TriState Capital extends its reach through four additional representative offices located in Cleveland, Ohio; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Edison, New Jersey; and New York, New York.
