Furthermore, Tingo Group provides: TingoPay, a versatile B2C and B2B fintech "super-app" that integrates payment solutions, an e-wallet, foreign exchange services, and merchant facilities. Tingo Foods, a food processing division that converts raw agricultural products into finished goods such as rice, pasta, and noodles. Tingo DMCC, an entity dedicated to commodity trading and the export of agricultural products. The company also operates Magpie Invest, its proprietary technology platform for investment trading, which includes margin financing. Its broader service portfolio extends to smartphone leasing, an agricultural marketplace, airtime top-ups, utility and general bill payment services, e-wallet functionality, various insurance products, and access to financing and lending options. Previously known as MICT, Inc., the company officially adopted the name Tingo Group, Inc. in February 2023. Its headquarters are located in Montvale, New Jersey.
