What Tellurian does

Tellurian Inc. is a company primarily engaged in the extraction of natural gas and making strategic investments within the natural gas industry. Its operations are organized into three principal segments: Upstream, Midstream, and Marketing and Trading. The Upstream division concentrates on the exploration, production, gathering, and distribution of natural gas, as well as the acquisition and expansion of gas-producing properties. The Midstream segment is responsible for the planning, construction, and management of liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities and pipeline infrastructure. Finally, the Marketing and Trading arm manages the buying and selling of natural gas commodities. Co-founded by Charif Souki and Martin Joseph Houston in 1967, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas.
