What Solarius Capital Acquisition Corp. Warrant does

Each public warrant grants its owner the option to purchase one Class A ordinary share of Solarius Capital Acquisition Corp. for an exercise price of $11.50 per share, subject to standard adjustments. These warrants will become exercisable 30 days after the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) completes its initial business combination. Their validity extends for five years from that completion date, unless they are redeemed by the company or the company undergoes liquidation sooner. It is important to note that only complete warrants can be exercised or traded; fractional warrants are not issued.
