Furthermore, this segment offers foreign exchange and trade finance products, letters of credit, and investment services. SVB Private Bank extends its services to individuals, providing a suite of personal lending options including mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and loans secured by restricted or private stock, as well as general secured and unsecured lending. Beyond lending, it offers sophisticated wealth management, financial and tax planning, and trust and family office services, all underpinned by planning-based financial strategies. SVB Capital focuses on venture capital investments. Finally, SVB Securities operates as an investment bank, aiding clients with capital raising, merger and acquisition advisory, equity research, and sales and trading activities. The group maintains an extensive global presence with 56 offices across the United States and internationally. Founded in 1983, its corporate headquarters are situated in Santa Clara, California.
