Further expanding its offerings, SeaWorld Entertainment maintains an exclusive, reservations-only theme park in Orlando, Florida, alongside another park situated in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Altogether, its extensive network comprises twelve distinct theme parks, marketed under well-known brands such as SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Water Country USA, Adventure Island, and Sesame Place. Previously, the corporation was known as SW Holdco, Inc., before adopting its current name, SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc., in December 2012. Established in 1959, SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
