What SAG does

SAG Holdings Ltd, through its various subsidiary companies, is a global distributor and seller of automotive and industrial spare parts. Its extensive market reach spans regions including the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. The company's operations are segmented into two distinct divisions: the On-Highway Business and the Off-Highway Business. The On-Highway Business division specializes in providing a comprehensive range of genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket components for both passenger and commercial vehicles. This includes engine and chassis parts, high-wear consumables, body components, general spare parts, and lubricants. Its clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of automotive sector participants, such as part distributors and dealers, independent retailers, repair workshops, direct end-users, and vehicle fleet operators. Conversely, the Off-Highway Business division focuses on supplying industrial spare parts and essential components for internal combustion engines across numerous demanding sectors. Its product offerings include various filters, batteries, lubricants, and general industrial parts for applications in marine, energy, mining, construction, agriculture, and oil and gas industries. This segment primarily serves distributors and dealers of industrial equipment, who then supply to workshops, large-scale industrial manufacturing facilities, shipyards, and operators of heavy-duty transport fleets. In addition to its distribution activities, SAG Holdings also manufactures and markets its own branded automotive spare parts and lubricants under names such as REV-1, VETTO, NUTEQ, GENTEQ, and SUNBLADE. The company also makes its products accessible to customers through its network of retail outlets. SAG Holdings Limited was established in Singapore in 2022 and functions as a subsidiary entity of Soon Aik Global Pte Ltd.
