RumbleON, Inc. operates a technologically advanced, multi-channel system designed to consolidate and distribute pre-owned vehicles throughout North America. The company's operations are structured into three key divisions: Powersports, Automotive, and Vehicle Logistics. The Powersports division focuses on the trade of motorcycles, while the Automotive segment is dedicated to the sale of automobiles and trucks. Additionally, the Vehicle Logistics division provides essential transportation services for vehicles, moving them between dealerships and auction sites. Through its robust platform, both commercial dealers and individual buyers and sellers can easily purchase, sell, trade, and secure financing for new and used vehicles, either online or in person. Incorporated in 2013 and headquartered in Irving, Texas, the company adopted its current name, RumbleON, Inc., in February 2017, having previously been known as Smart Server, Inc.
