The SBC Lending and Acquisitions division manages the entire spectrum of small balance commercial loans, encompassing financing for construction, bridge periods, stabilized properties, and agency-backed originations, primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary, ReadyCap Commercial, LLC. Separately, the Small Business Lending segment is responsible for originating, acquiring, and servicing loans designated for owner-occupied businesses, which are guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under its Section 7(a) Program, facilitated by its subsidiary ReadyCap Lending, LLC. The Residential Mortgage Banking segment concentrates on generating residential mortgage loans, operating through its wholly-owned entity, GMFS, LLC. Founded in November 2011, Ready Capital Corporation maintains its corporate headquarters in New York, NY.
