The company's lending portfolio is equally broad, extending financing for real estate, consumer and business purposes, recreational vehicles and marine assets, commercial and industrial ventures, and agricultural operations. They also provide government-guaranteed loans, small business loans, homebuilder financing, and affordable housing solutions. Furthermore, Bank OZK supports business aviation and offers subscription financing services, in addition to a range of mortgage and other specialized lending products. Beyond core banking, Bank OZK delivers extensive trust and wealth management services. These include managing personal, custodial, investment, and retirement accounts. For corporate clients, it provides corporate trust services, such as acting as trustee, paying agent, and registered transfer agent, among other related offerings. Its treasury management services are designed to support business operations, featuring automated clearing house (ACH) transactions, wire transfers, detailed transaction reporting, wholesale lockbox services, and remote deposit capture. The bank also facilitates automated credit line transfers, reconciliation services, positive pay systems, and merchant and commercial card services, in addition to zero balance and investment sweep accounts. Complementing these services are essential banking conveniences like ATMs, telephone, online, and mobile banking platforms, as well as debit and credit cards, and safe deposit boxes. Bank OZK also processes merchant debit and credit card transactions. As of December 31, 2021, Bank OZK maintained a network of approximately 240 branches situated across several states, including Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, California, New York, and Mississippi. The institution, initially established as Bank of the Ozarks in 1903, rebranded to Bank OZK in July 2018. Its corporate headquarters are located in Little Rock, Arkansas.
