Furthermore, the company develops power conversion and display technologies and offers high-speed electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for both residential and commercial clients. Financially, BitNile Holdings engages in commercial lending, offering commercial loans, convertible notes, and revolving lines of credit. It also has a significant presence in digital media and education, providing virtual training courses through its LightSpeedVT platform and producing diverse media content, including web development, corporate communications, social media, and both scripted and unscripted television. The company is also an active investor, holding stakes in various public and private companies, and managing a substantial real estate portfolio that includes hospitality, multifamily, and industrial properties. In conjunction with its real estate ventures, BitNile directly operates hotels and data centers.
