Beyond these core areas, BitNile provides electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure for both residential and commercial use, along with power conversion and display solutions. It extends into digital services, including virtual training programs via its LightSpeedVT platform, and engages in media and content creation, covering web development, corporate communications, social media management, and television production, in addition to digital marketing services. Financially, BitNile actively invests in both publicly traded and private entities, provides commercial lending (including loans, convertible notes, and revolving lines of credit), and acquires and manages a diverse real estate portfolio. This real estate segment includes hospitality, multi-family, and industrial properties, with the company directly operating hotels and data centers. Furthermore, BitNile is involved in Bitcoin mining and other cryptocurrency ventures. The distribution of its products occurs through a multi-channel strategy, utilizing both an in-house sales team and a network of independent manufacturer representatives and distributors. Originally incorporated in 1969 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company was formerly known as Ault Global Holdings Inc. before officially rebranding as BitNile Holdings, Inc. on December 13, 2021.
