Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. serves as the parent company for Nicolet National Bank, providing a full spectrum of banking products and financial services to both businesses and individual customers. The company accepts various deposit types, including checking, savings, and money market accounts, as well as different certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts. Its lending activities are broad, covering commercial, industrial, and general business loans and lines of credit, alongside commercial real estate, agricultural production and real estate, and commercial real estate investment loans. It also finances construction and land development projects. For residential clients, offerings include first and junior lien mortgages, home equity loans and lines of credit, and residential construction loans, in addition to consumer loans. Beyond core banking, Nicolet Bankshares provides cash management, international banking, personal brokerage, safe deposit box services, wealth management, retirement plan administration, and trust and fiduciary services. The bank also facilitates mortgage refinancing and boasts extensive online services, such as online banking for commercial, retail, and trust clients, automated bill payment, mobile banking with deposit and account access, and remote deposit capture. Other available services encompass wire transfers, debit and credit cards, pre-paid gift cards, direct deposits, and official bank checks, with assistance also provided for crop insurance products. As of December 31, 2021, the company maintained a network of 52 branches across Wisconsin and Michigan. Incorporated in 2000, Nicolet Bankshares, Inc., originally known as Green Bay Financial Corporation, changed its name in March 2002 and is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
