Furthermore, the company holds a 49% stake in the San José mine, which is located in Argentina. Initially incorporated in 1979, the enterprise was formerly recognized as US Gold Corporation before adopting the name McEwen Mining Inc. in January 2012. Its corporate headquarters are located in Toronto, Canada.
