The Wealth Management segment is dedicated to supporting individual investors, alongside small-to-medium-sized businesses and various institutions. It delivers a comprehensive suite of services, including personalized financial advisor-driven and self-directed brokerage options, sophisticated financial and wealth planning, workplace solutions like stock plan administration, and a range of annuity and insurance offerings. Lending solutions encompass securities-backed facilities, residential real estate loans, and other credit products, complemented by banking and retirement plan services. Through its Investment Management arm, Morgan Stanley manages assets for a wide array of institutional clients. This includes benefit and defined contribution plans, charitable foundations, endowments, governmental bodies, sovereign wealth funds, insurance providers, and other corporate entities and fund sponsors. The segment offers diverse investment products, such as equity, fixed income, liquidity strategies, and alternative investments, distributed through both institutional and intermediary networks.
