For service providers and businesses: The Minim web application enables technical support personnel from Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and various businesses to offer remote assistance through insightful network analysis. For partners: The Minim API suite and MinimOS offer a robust framework, allowing third-party hardware manufacturers, ISPs, and other collaborators to seamlessly integrate with the Minim platform, manage their own account data, and interface with diverse third-party router firmware. Minim markets its products under well-recognized brands, including ZOOM, Motorola, and its own Minim label. The company employs a varied sales and distribution strategy, utilizing both a direct sales force and commissioned independent representatives. Its products reach customers through an extensive network of retailers, distributors, Internet Service Providers, various businesses, service providers, value-added resellers, PC system integrators, original equipment manufacturers, channel resellers, electronics distributors, and e-commerce platforms. Initially incorporated in 1977 as ZoomTelephonics, Inc., the company officially changed its name to Minim, Inc. in June 2021. Its corporate headquarters are located in Manchester, New Hampshire.
