Further enhancing their suite, the company provides a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that leverages unified customer profiles to streamline digital engagement, alongside Workforce Optimization (WFO) tools to assist contact centers in effectively monitoring and managing their agent staff. An AI-driven speech analytics platform, SpeechIQ, is also available to boost compliance, improve agent productivity, and ensure quality assurance within contact center operations.
