The bank extends a variety of lending options. For businesses, these include commercial loans to finance equipment, working capital, and other operational needs. Commercial real estate financing is also available, covering owner-occupied and tenant-leased properties, as well as construction and development projects for land, homes, and commercial structures. Individuals can access residential real estate and consumer loans. Furthermore, the company provides agricultural loans, typically secured by livestock, crops, or farm equipment, along with specialized financing like loans to local governments, stock-secured loans, and overdraft facilities. Beyond core banking, Limestone Bank provides a wide array of convenience services. These include drive-through facilities, ATMs, personalized checks, credit and debit cards, and electronic fund transfers (EFT) via ACH. Modern services such as curbside banking, night deposit, internet and mobile banking, treasury and cash management, remote deposit, and vault services are also available to customers. Its operational footprint spans 20 banking offices across 14 counties within Kentucky. Founded in 1902 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, the company rebranded from Porter Bancorp, Inc. to Limestone Bancorp, Inc. in May 2018.
