Its operations are divided into two main divisions: Consumer Bank and Commercial Bank. These include syndicated financing, debt and equity capital market solutions, commercial payment systems, equipment financing, commercial mortgage banking, and various financial instruments like derivatives and foreign exchange. Furthermore, it offers financial advisory and public finance services, alongside commercial mortgage loans specifically structured for sectors such as consumer, energy, healthcare, industrial, public sector, real estate, and technology. Additionally, KeyCorp facilitates community development financing and provides securities underwriting, brokerage, and investment banking services. Its physical presence, as of December 31, 2021, spanned 15 states with nearly 1,000 branches and over 1,300 ATMs, supplemented by additional offices. Customers can also access services conveniently through its online and mobile banking platforms, or via its telephone banking call center. Established in 1849, KeyCorp maintains its headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
