On the therapeutics side, the company is developing KLTO-202, a gene therapy targeting the treatment and prevention of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and KLTO-101, aimed at treating or preventing Alzheimer's disease, alongside therapies for Parkinson's and other age-related conditions. Previously known as Klotho Neurosciences, Inc., the company adopted its current name in March 2026. It is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
