As of December 31, 2021, Guaranty Bancshares operated 32 full-service banking centers strategically located across East Texas, Central Texas, and the significant metropolitan areas of Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston. The company was established in 1913 and maintains its headquarters in Addison, Texas.
