It also provides demand deposit accounts and Negotiable Order of Withdrawal (NOW) accounts. The company extends a comprehensive suite of lending products, including financing for commercial real estate, mortgages for single-family to four-unit residences, multi-family housing, and construction projects. It further supports the agriculture sector, general business enterprises (including Small Business Administration-backed loans), and a variety of consumer needs such as loans secured by certificates of deposit, automobiles, recreational vehicles, boats, and home equity. Beyond its primary lending and deposit activities, the firm allocates capital to investments in mortgage-backed securities, instruments issued by the U.S. Government and federal agencies, and a variety of other tradeable securities. As of January 20, 2022, its operational footprint included sixteen full-service branches distributed across Greene, Christian, Jasper, and Newton counties.
