(DLA) is a global company specializing in the design, manufacturing, sourcing, and marketing of activewear and lifestyle apparel products, serving both U.S. and international markets. Its operations are divided into two primary segments: Delta Group and Salt Life Group. The Delta Group offers a diverse range of apparel, including custom, on-demand digitally printed items through its DTG2Go brand, various silhouettes, and fleece products. It also produces performance shirts designed to wick moisture under the Delta Dri line, soft-feel ringspun garments, and a selection of classic and heavier-weight t-shirts such as the Delta Pro Weight and Magnum Weight brands. Beyond shirts, this segment also provides polos, outerwear, headwear, bags, and various accessories. These products reach consumers through a wide network of distributors, including sporting goods and outdoor retailers, specialty and resort outlets, farm and fleet stores, department stores, and mid-tier retail chains, as well as directly via the Soffe website. The Salt Life Group caters to a coastal lifestyle market. Its Salt Life brand features a range of apparel, swimwear, board shorts, sunglasses, bags, and other accessories. Notably, this segment also produces Salt Life Lager, a craft beer. Salt Life products are distributed through surf shops, specialty and department stores, outdoor retailers, and are also available directly on the official Salt Life e-commerce website. Established in 1999, Delta Apparel, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Duluth, Georgia.
