Its services include domestic switching, associated peripheral equipment, and high-performance routers and switches for internet and circuit-based communications, ensuring seamless voice call and data connectivity. The Infrastructure segment focuses on the physical elements of wireless networks, offering solutions for 4G and 5G technologies, traditional cell towers, small cell deployments, and in-building wireless systems. Additionally, it provides comprehensive electric vehicle charging (EVC) solutions, covering everything from design, engineering, and vendor specification to the construction, installation, and ongoing maintenance of EV charging stations. This segment also manages a network of portable power banks available for personal device charging in various public venues such as bars, restaurants, transportation hubs, and sports stadiums. Established in 2003, the company was initially known as TransWorld Holdings Inc. before rebranding as Charge Enterprises, Inc. in January 2021. Its corporate headquarters are situated in New York, New York.
