Bright Health Group, Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a healthcare enterprise providing both health insurance and direct care services across the United States. The company operates through two primary divisions. Its NeueHealth segment is dedicated to delivering clinical care, both virtually and in person, via its network of owned and affiliated primary care clinics under contractual arrangements. By the close of 2021, this integrated care delivery system had established collaborations with roughly 260,000 care provider partners and managed 180 affiliated risk-bearing clinics, which incorporated on-site pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and specialized population health services. Concurrently, the Bright HealthCare segment offers commercial and Medicare health plans to individuals across 14 states and 99 distinct markets. Initially incorporated in 2015, the company adopted its current name, Bright Health Group, Inc., in February 2021, having previously been known as Bright Health Inc.
