The Residential division focuses on engineered outdoor living solutions, encompassing a range of products such as decking, railing systems, trim, molding, and associated accessories. These are marketed under well-known brands like TimberTech, AZEK Exteriors, VERSATEX, and ULTRALOX. Conversely, the Commercial division manufactures advanced polymer materials. These versatile materials find application across diverse industries, including outdoor installations, graphic displays, signage, educational facilities, recreational venues, and critical sectors such as food processing and chemical manufacturing. Beyond raw materials, this segment also provides a suite of finished solutions, encompassing bathroom partitions, shower and dressing stalls, robust lockers, and various other storage systems. These offerings, sold under brands such as Aria, Eclipse, Hiny Hiders, TuffTec, and Duralife, serve a broad clientele including educational institutions, public parks, sports arenas, industrial complexes, and a variety of retail, recreational, and commercial establishments. Initially incorporated in 2013, the company operated as CPG Newco LLC before rebranding as The AZEK Company Inc. in June 2020. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Chicago, Illinois.
