Additionally, AV-380, a powerful humanized IgG1 inhibitory monoclonal antibody, is undergoing Phase I clinical trials for the management or prevention of cachexia. At the preclinical stage, AV-353 is being explored for its activity against the Notch 3 pathway. AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. maintains an extensive network of collaborations, partnering with entities such as CANbridge Life Sciences Ltd., EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited, Novartis International Pharmaceutical Ltd., Biodesix, Inc., St. Vincent's Hospital Sydney Limited, Biogen Idec International GmbH, Kyowa Kirin Co., Ltd., and AstraZeneca PLC.
