Furthermore, the company provides consumer electronic goods, extends financial solutions like commercial loans, convertible notes, and revolving lines of credit, and offers virtual training modules via the LightSpeedVT platform. It also excels in media and content creation, covering web development, corporate communications, social media management, and the production of both scripted and unscripted television programs. Beyond these services, Ault Alliance actively invests in public and private companies, holds a portfolio of commercial and residential real estate (including hospitality, multifamily, and industrial properties), and operates hotels, other commercial real estate ventures, and data centers. The company is also involved in Bitcoin mining activities. Its products and services reach customers through a multi-channel distribution strategy involving a direct sales force, manufacturer representatives, and various distributors. Ault Alliance caters to a broad spectrum of industries, including crane services, oil exploration, defense and aerospace, general industrial, automotive, medical and biopharmaceutical, consumer electronics, hotel operations, and textiles. Established in 1969, the company was formerly known as BitNile Holdings, Inc. before officially rebranding to Ault Alliance, Inc. in January 2023. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Las Vegas, Nevada.
