The company also operates airline express services, line and heavy maintenance, and ground handling. ATSG also actively runs both cargo and passenger transport operations. It engages in the resale and brokerage of aircraft components and specializes in converting passenger aircraft into freighter or combi configurations. The company serves a diverse clientele, including air carriers, logistics providers, e-commerce businesses, package delivery firms, freight forwarders, and governmental entities. As of December 31, 2021, ATSG maintained an active fleet comprising 107 owned aircraft and an additional ten aircraft secured through leases. Established in 1980 and headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, the organization was previously known as ABX Holdings, Inc.
