Additionally, the company is developing NYX-783, an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAr) modulator, which is undergoing Phase IIb clinical trials for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Another NMDAr modulator, NYX-458, is in Phase II clinical study, targeting cognitive impairment related to Parkinson's disease.
