Among these are ARX822, a fab-small molecule bispecific therapeutic in preclinical development for various cancers, and ARX102, an immuno-oncology IL-2 pathway agonist intended to stimulate the patient's immune system by targeting beta and gamma receptors on cytotoxic T cells. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in La Jolla, California, Ambrx Biopharma Inc. has established significant collaborations with various pharmaceutical partners, including Bristol Myers Squibb Company, AbbVie Inc., BeiGene, Sino Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., NovoCodex, and Elanco Animal Health.
