Its broad array of services is marketed under multiple brands, including Allstate Protection Plans, Allstate Dealer Services, Allstate Roadside, Arity, Avail, and Allstate Identity Protection. Finally, the Run-off Property-Liability segment manages existing property and casualty insurance liabilities. To reach its clientele, the company utilizes a broad spectrum of distribution channels. These include captive agents, independent agents, call centers, retail partners, voluntary benefits brokers, strategic alliances, financial advisors, wholesale partners, affinity groups, and direct sales through online platforms and mobile applications.
