What WBIE does

The WBI BullBear Rising Income 3000 ETF is designed to achieve substantial long-term capital growth and generate ongoing income. A key objective is also to protect investors' initial capital during periods of market instability or downturns. The fund strategically allocates capital to the stocks of U.S. and international companies across the entire market-capitalization spectrum – small, mid, and large. These companies are identified by the sub-advisor (and an affiliate of the advisor) as possessing attractive potential for increasing their inherent value. Beyond these core equity holdings, the fund may also engage in other opportunistic investment strategies. To enhance diversification and growth prospects, the ETF has the flexibility to commit up to 50% of its total net assets to securities from emerging market issuers.
