What VCOB does
Tidal Trust IV - Voya Core Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Tidal Investments LLC. The fund is co-managed by Voya Investment Management Co. LLC. The fund invests in fixed income fixed income markets of global region. The fund invests directly, through derivatives and through other funds in income producing bonds which includes bonds, debentures, notes, commercial paper, bank loans and floating rate secured loans and related assignments and participations, corporate debt, convertible securities, asset- and mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, collateralized mortgage obligations, bank certificates of deposit, fixed time deposits, and money market securities that are rated in one of the four highest rating categories Baa by Moody’s, BBB- by S&P or Fitch or higher. It seeks to maintain a dollar -weighted average maturity of three to ten years. It invest in derivatives to create it's portfolio. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up and top-down stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. Tidal Trust IV - Voya Core Bond ETF was formed on November 18, 2025 and is domiciled in the United States.
