What VABS does

The Virtus Newfleet Securitized Income ETF is designed to produce income by primarily allocating its capital to high-quality, shorter-term securitized debt instruments. This investment focus includes a diverse range of asset-backed securities (ABS) and mortgage-backed securities (MBS), specifically covering both commercial and residential mortgages. The Fund employs a systematic and proven investment strategy, coupled with stringent risk management, to identify and invest in ABS and MBS that offer compelling yields and consistent income. This strategy targets opportunities found within segments of the securitized credit market that are currently undervalued. Please note that, as of November 28, 2025, the Fund transitioned its name from the Virtus Newfleet ABS/MBS ETF.
