What UJPY does
This investment seeks to replicate the daily returns of the VelocityShares Daily 4X Long JPY vs. USD Index. The index itself is structured to offer four times the daily leveraged exposure to fluctuations in the spot exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and a selected foreign currency, with this leverage being rebalanced every trading day. It grants investors long, or bullish, exposure to one currency (designated the "long currency") when compared to the other currency in the pair (known as the "reference currency"). Importantly, this fund is not diversified.
