What SCIX does

The fund endeavors to replicate, before fees and expenses, the overall price and yield performance of the Scientific Beta Developed Asia-Pacific ex-Japan Multi-Beta Multi-Strategy Four-Factor Equal Risk Contribution (ERC) Index. At least 80% of the fund's total capital is deployed into the constituents of this underlying index, alongside American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) tied to those same securities. The benchmark itself is generally composed of approximately 150 or fewer common stocks traded on Asian exchanges, selected through an exclusive, proprietary methodology established by its index provider.
