What RWUI does
The Direxion FTSE Russell US Over International ETF (RWUI) endeavors to achieve investment results that closely correspond to the Russell 1000/FTSE All-World ex US 150/50 Net Spread Index (referred to as "the index"), before factoring in fees and operating expenses. Under ordinary market conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its total capital (which may include assets acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) to the securities or exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that comprise the Long Component of the index. The underlying index itself is constructed to gauge the performance of a portfolio that maintains a 150% long exposure to the Russell 1000 Index (its designated "Long Component") and concurrently a 50% short exposure to the FTSE All-World ex US Index (its designated "Short Component"). This fund is classified as non-diversified.
