This investment vehicle endeavors to replicate the performance of the Russell 2000/Russell 1000 150/50 Net Spread Index, prior to the deduction of fees and expenses. This underlying index outlines a portfolio strategy characterized by a 150% long position in the Russell 2000 Index (referred to as the "Long Component") alongside a 50% short position in the Russell 1000 Index (the "Short Component"). Under normal operating conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (which may incorporate funds obtained through borrowing for investment) are allocated to either individual securities within the Long Component or to exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track this Long Component. The fund is designated as non-diversified.
