What RECS does

This ETF commits a minimum of 80% of its capital to mirroring the composition of its underlying index. The benchmark itself is carved out from a select portion of the broader Russell 1000 Index constituents. Its objective is to capture the returns of large and mid-sized American companies, spanning both growth and value investing styles, by applying a systematic, rule-driven investment methodology. While this process generally yields between 325 and 400 constituent stocks, the precise count is not fixed and can vary, as the index does not impose limits on the number of companies it holds.
