What QIDX does
The QIDX fund is designed to invest in U.S. equities of any market capitalization. Its core objective is to identify companies with a consistent track record of stable or growing earnings, along with strong potential for continued profitability, all determined through comprehensive research and analysis. The fund's initial universe of potential investments is derived from four distinct indices: large-cap core, large-cap growth, mid-cap value, and small-cap value companies. The portfolio typically allocates 25% to each of these index categories. The fund's advisor possesses the latitude to modify sector exposure, investment style, or specific holdings. These adjustments are made in response to prevailing market conditions and various influences, such as interest rate fluctuations, trading activity, market sentiment, broader market and sector trends, individual stock performance, and other pertinent financial data. While insights from index rebalancing and reconstitution inform security selection, QIDX operates as an actively managed ETF, meaning its portfolio manager retains complete discretion to buy or sell securities at any moment.
