What PTEC does
This fund aims to allocate at least 80% of its total net assets, alongside any capital borrowed for investment purposes, into the holdings that comprise the Global X PropTech Index. Such investments may include ordinary shares, as well as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) that derive their value from the underlying index constituents. The benchmark index itself was developed and is exclusively owned by Global X Management Company LLC, which serves as both an affiliate of the fund and its investment adviser. It is important to note that this fund operates with a non-diversified investment strategy.
