The fund uses derivatives such as futures and swaps to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. For its fixed income portion, it invests in cash, cash -like instruments or high -quality securities. For its currency portion, it invests through derivatives in bitcoin. It seeks to invest in bitcoin futures through a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary. Volatility Shares Trust - One+One S&P 500 and Bitcoin ETF was formed on February 19, 2025 and is domiciled in the United States.
