What MVP does
This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to achieve its investment objectives by allocating capital to businesses involved in the professional sports sector. This includes companies that own, sponsor, or otherwise support professional athletic teams, as well as those operating in sports media and athletic apparel manufacturing. The portfolio is expected to primarily hold equity instruments from both U.S. and international issuers, spanning all market capitalizations. These holdings may include common shares and depositary receipts representing ownership in foreign entities. Furthermore, the fund may invest in sports-related companies that have recently undergone an initial public offering (IPO) or Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) that have announced their intent to merge with or acquire a sports enterprise. Please note that this fund is non-diversified.
