What LRET does
This investment product is designed to provide monthly compounded returns that are twice the performance of the MSCI US REIT Index, after the deduction of investor fees. The underlying MSCI US REIT Index is a benchmark that assigns weights to its constituent equity Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) securities based on their market capitalization, adjusted for their publicly available shares (free float). This index is comprehensive, covering REITs involved in both traditional real estate sectors, such as residential buildings and retail spaces, and more specialized categories like casinos and theaters.
